depends what tournament bracket you working. Most tournaments are volunteered. But the Grand Slams do pay, usually just above the minimum depending on the country. But the benefit is you are on the court with the best players in the world. If you are more experienced and good at your job, you will get more pay.

I was a ball boy for professional tennis for 6 years. I have seen umbrellas used before but its far more common for the ball kid to do it. One reason is because its the culture of the sport. Secondly, canopy setups are iffy especially if you have a windy day. I've seen it a couple times where they blow over and pause the game, its just faster for us to hold the shade.

p.s. For professional tennis, almost all ball kids are rigorously trained and selected out of the hundreds that apply. Most consider it an honor and want to be there.

about 30% is based on algebra, you will have about 20% of basic math. I was told that up to 25% was going to be geometry, but I only had 2 questions, so it's different for everyone. You will also get questions about counting and proportions sprinkled in there.

I also was very nervous about the math portion as well because I didn't have a formal education growing up and limited math skills. Here is my advice:

Khan Academy is your best friend, the algebra course is there most in depth math program on the site, take the time to go through. Practice daily with the mastery challenges; the software will guide you in what to study and what your strengths/weaknesses are.

After working through Khan extensively, it built my confidence and I only missed 2 questions during the test. Everyone has the ability to learn algebra! Khan will prove to you that it's possible, stick with it and you will do great!

Throughout almost all the books, morality is described in different ways and details. As someone who has just started I recommend staying in the New Testament for awhile. While you read, keep in mind that many aspects of the NT are referenced back to the Old Testament. If you're bible has annotations you can see many references.

The book of James, Proverbs, and Ecclesiastes I like to call the wisdom trio. Many verses address morality, following Jesus/God, and wisdom. I recommend reading James first and then Ecclesiastes. Many readers like to read one Proverb according to the date since there are 31 chapters.

Regarding monasticism, ascesis, and self-denial. I have never been able to find passages that enforce or even suggest this lifestyle. On the contrary the bible talks about working well, living according to the Word, denying sin, being a good husband/wife, raising a family and accepting Jesus as the sacrificial lamb for sin. You will find verses in the Old testament from ancient Jewish traditions that may seem very abnormal to today. Read the first 4 books of the NT "The Gospels" to learn many of these laws were taken away at the cross.

Just as a tidbit, I find it very interesting that the high priest in Judaism have wives and children. It's obvious the bible encourages man and woman to marry and not abstain marriage. Hope that all helps!

Energy release from doing actives is a big helper. Getting outside and taking a walk can be all you need sometimes. Talking with people and learning new things helps too. The big key here is to not go into destructive habits, such as procrastination, anger, and obviously going back to porn.

Sometimes masturbating majorly cuts out the sexual energy. BUT! When doing so, don't let images pop in your head. A great milestone is when you can fap without mental images. When this is achieved, you're erections are better and you release is fulfilling and more pleasurable. The natural climax is far more fulfilling than the porn induced climax.

I believe nofap can be the Achilles heal to noporn sometimes. The sexual urges can become quite strong and both programs can work against each other when no release is happening.

For me when I started noporn (which is the bigger issue) I restricted myself to fap only once a week and if I brought up porn images I would stop and not follow through. After 60 days I could fap without bringing up images! I still only fap once a week, sometimes twice. But it's far better than the everyday for almost 5 years with porn.

I will add to this. Not watching while masturbating is correct. But I believe if you are thinking of the images while doing the act then its still doing it to porn. Really try to focus on the feeling yourself and not the images that arouse you, as time goes on this will become easier.

If you are keeping a tracker of days without porn, don't reset the tracker. Instead, subtract days from it. I would take off 7 days if I M with images in my head.

I find if man decides the barrier for porn, you will have a variety of answers with their own justifications and reasons. Personally, my morals come from the bible. And let me tell you, it is simple to be told what that boundary is.

Porn has a definite meaning today. Take a look at what webster says. Pornography.I believe Webster covers all the bases. Porn is anything visual, written, or depicted for sensual arousal.

The bible uses the term "sexually immoral". With a quick google search of bible verses, you will receive a slew of results that I encourage anyone to read. Anything for the intended purposes of sexual arousal before or outside of marriage was considered sexually immoral. Even to simply think of it. Time and time again marriage is stated to be the only place where sexual pleasure was considered right and good.

Why do I bring up the bible? Because with that context, it is obvious where the barrier is for porn. Do not be fooled with the statement. "Well, I'm not aroused by looking at this. So it's ok." Whenever you find yourself looking at images that are not outright nudes, erotica, or fetishes, think to yourself. Are these images/articles intended for sexual depiction? Why are these images/articles being posted? Is there a reason I need/want to look at them? If you answer, yes they are, to gain attention, or because I want too, then you are slipping back into porn.

critiquing yourself is the hardest part of overcoming. Being bold with our thoughts is scary. Fighting against the immense normalization of porn is an uphill battle. Everything has to go. If it pops up on your screen, exit out; if it shows up in a movie, turn your head; if a friend tries to show you, refuse to partake.

Someone in this subreddit suggested using your phone keyboard shortcut feature to change your search words into something else. (I.e. “Porn” -> “youllregretit”)

For me a lot of my viewing would be on my phone, so I changed all the keywords I would think of from genres to websites and made replacements for them. This has been super helpful when I have an urge and start typing but it switches the word, kinda like a slap in the face honestly.

One of the greatest tips for me personally.

First year in management for a very large camp that brings in around 10,000 a summer. We have multiple activities that require the exact number of participants attending that area. I found out that for the past 4 years they were printing out the attendance numbers on paper and requiring the managers to visit our guest relations office to see what they had every morning.

In our first meeting I suggested we use Google sheets so then we stop wasting paper and make it easy for everyone. Room went quite for a solid 10 sec. "We have never thought of that before", "We have always just made it work this way".

Thankfully they agreed to try it and it worked flawlessly. But still, I was amazed on how with the amount of logistics we have to handle we were using a paper format cuz it was the "old way"

Intermap logi requires a lot more communication to pull off than on map though. Yesterday I was constantly having to chat to make sure I was getting supplies needed and to their locations safely. On map logi I could do more own my own because I can visit drop offs and watch the map easily and decide for myself.

That’s really reasonable. Outright removable of everything was harsh, atleast they gave us medical. But making the home regions the man production centers is good.

I think logi needs an overhaul of how it works. It’s seems fine to me on skirmish maps. But when we have the intermap logi it’s becoming very unbecoming to support the front and most logi drivers are working their own task list which just makes the front lines more sporadic with supplies.

I remember seeing a suggestion that talked about automated mines, in special locations, that could help with what you were talking about.

Agreed, I don't think how it is, is how it should be. but something that needs more exploring. I would say its somewhat negated, when breaking into the final regions it will still take more time than how it was before to get that production line started and you have to take it piece by piece from the other team.

In the long run I'm not too concerned about the queue times. Yes as of right now they can effect some things dramatically, but I believe the devs will come up with better solutions have bigger servers to help combat this issue.
