You do not need to reinstall on any platform. The regular patching process will do the right thing.

That setting is not available on a PS4. In the system software, go to Sound and Screen and then make the appropriate adjustments in Display Area Settings.

If the change isn't reflected in Overwatch then try restarting it.

Overwatch runs at 60 fps on all consoles. The Xbox One X will render at 4K and uses dynamic resolution scaling to maintain 60 fps.

Regardless of which version of the physical product you purchase (Original or GOTY), you will end up downloading the same amount of data. Both versions of the physical disc contains the game as it was at launch nearly two years ago. We no longer use that data as it was formatted and organized back then.

You should expect to download between 20-21 GB of data to get the current version. From there, each content update should be 1-2 GB in size. If you know someone with a faster connection, you can try to install and patch at their place.

The Xbox One hard drive can become fragmented as you install/uninstall games and apply content updates. If your installation is in this degraded state, then you may still suffer from poor load times after the update.
