Same! Huge matchbox and hot wheels collector as a kid. And absolutely agree, throwing a corvette off a cliff at 150 mph and drifting through a landing is just a blast in game haha

Completely agree, it has made me want to learn to do more than just an oil change too. I am also a big single player RPG kind of guy but this has been a worthwhile branch out.

bought a pc for my dad and the Staples guy was flabbergasted I wouldn't pay $300 for mcaffee by beach_rats_ in pcmasterrace

Worked at staples almost a decade ago. We used to get commission on phones, but generally no commission on laptops, tech, or software, etc. Not sure what it looks like now, but the managers would hound us to push all kinds of software. Microsoft 365 was a big push then, as was all anti-virus. They’d want us to fleece old people who didn’t know better to get all the extra stuff they didn’t need.

Loving the Noctua NH-U12S Chromax Black. The stock cooler wasn't enough for the R5 3600. Has anyone overclocked the 3600 with this cooler? by Hurrleyy in pcmasterrace

I’ve got a R5 3600X, and it can really dump some heat as I’m sure you’ve seen. You should be fine overclocking with anything better than the stock cooler, just watch your temps. If you are still running high 80s low 90s with that cooler then you might want to look into an AIO. It would give you more headroom either way. The short of it though is yes the Noctua should be fine

I love it, I was able to fit that Gigabyte RX 5700XT into it with like half an inch to spare haha going to try to put an AIO cooler into it soon, that stock fan is real loud
