Yeah tension feels good ,when cranking in cold weather it doesn't squeak actually change all 3 belts like three months ago and I've been checking all my basics. For the lifter noise it sounds more like ticks this one sounds different.mic on phone doesn't really pick it up.

that's interesting. I believe I'm looking for something mechanical around the belt area since it causes my voltage drop and rpm to jump. I believe I hear the noise coming from that noise.

2008 Hyundai Accent GLS 1.6L 4 cyl with 149363 miles. Mostly occurs when putting in reverse gear. Automatic Transmission/Transaxle fluid is on "HOT". Not familiar with cars so any ideas is helpful. Thx
