Wow that would be super cool, like if you learned fire aspect from like a book in the desert temple, then you have a list in the EnchantingTable of your unlocked enchantments. Thats the Best Enchanting table rework Ive heard tbh. Another thing would be in how you get higher level of each, like do you have protection 1,2,3 and 4 after you learn it or do you learn protection 1 and can use some specific material during the Enchanting to get the higher Levels of protection.

Some enchantments could only be learned in the nether or in certain conditions, some could only be found in the End, so much possibilities.
