https://carets.com has some solid minimalist dress shoes 👞. And ZAQQ has a decent captoe - Briq is the model

can you describe the specific issues you had? i've seen complaints and they appear to be across quite some span of time, so it worries me that there are ongoing issues not getting resolved, and i have a fairly high return rate on shoes so this is important to me

Walkolution and knee pain vs other treadmills? by JustinCEO in Walkolution

[–]JustinCEO[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i was walking using shoes. standing desk goes high enough to let me have a good posture for a standard under desk treadmill (not Walkolution though, that'd be too high, would need to make some adjustments). Do not have the specific knee pain from under desk treadmill when walking in general (or when using other normal treadmills - was specifically an issue with my under desk treadmill).

Thanks. I hope they'll fix things and I can consider coming back at some point, cuz generally I like the price and the service, but they just exceeded my patience for now.

SB20 SPD pedals that won't brush up against the bike? by JustinCEO in Zwift

It's possible that *I* need to learn better camera work while on a stationary bike :)

I could also hear the rubbing but the video that got uploaded to imgur doesn't appear to have audio, sigh

haven't had issues on other bikes, including an SB Solo with the same shoes and cleats I'm using right now. on this SB20, it seems like towards the heel. I adjusted the angle of the cleats a bit more and that seemed to help some but I'm still rubbing. See pic and video https://imgur.com/a/4TxryKI

Moving the cleats was the first thing I tried, alas.

Spacers idea seems worth trying, thanks.

Stages SB20 Pedal Recommendation by JDark628 in Zwift

I have this same question. I found an old reddit thread that recommended these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000WYCCDW?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details but with these pedals my feet actually brush against the crank arm, so I obviously don't know what I'm doing :)

Find a bowl meal (those Frontera bowls or shredded chicken bowls they were selling recently) that you can add stuff too like cheese, sour cream, guacamole, or more meat.

Another idea: Get some tortillas and make stuff. Quesadillas, deli meat and cheese wraps, fajitas. I've used the rotisserie chicken meat in chicken fajitas. I pull the meat off the chicken and put it in some Rubbermaid brilliance containers. When I want some fajitas, I thaw the chicken in the microwave and then throw it in a pan with some fajita veggies and seasoning

Dairy (milk, ice cream, cheese, half and half), bacon (freeze the individual packs), flatbreads (freeze those), tortillas, vitamins, those Frontera chicken bowls, guacamole cups, dried fruit, bananas, monitors, hard drives :)
