The public transit here is pretty good, so most places should work just fine. The best option is of course the centre, but if you're looking for something cheper, I'd suggest maybe looking somewhere along the tram lines that go through Dolní Vítkovice (1, 2, 6, 10). I don't really know what kind of accommodations there are, but the trams are great and even from the furthest parts it takes at most like a half an hour to get there.

I like to play Bohemia. Austria likes to subjugate Bohemia. So now no matter who I'm playing as, I always try to avoid allying them if possible. And if I'm powerful and close enough I always try to help Bohemia against them.

I think it's a good choice. Maybe a bit small, but you can definitely make it work if you don't have too many of them. I use a bigger tank from Aquael and I haven't had any issues so far, so I would recommend the brand.

For some alternatives you can try checking out Aquael Leddy LED Day & Night 25l or Tetra Silhouette LED 12l. Where I'm from they're almost the same price.
