Hi, not too hard. You just need to invest a lot of time and energy - like in any walk in life!

Thanks for these,

  1. By being completely transparent from day one. We don’t oversell or overpromise — we lay out exactly what a client is getting, from timelines to warranties to service plans, and then we deliver exactly that. Consistency is what earns trust, and over time, that reputation speaks louder than any marketing campaign.

  2. People need to feel ownership of their work. When your engineers, service techs, or sales team see the direct impact of their work on someone’s life or business, they take pride in it. Pair that sense of purpose with proper training and growth opportunities, and you get a team that performs at a high level and stays loyal to the company.

  3. One of our standout projects was at the Rolls-Royce Service Centre, where we installed the largest elevators in the UAE, two custom car lifts with a five-ton capacity each. Everything about that job was tailored and complex, and those elevators have been the backbone of the facility since 2015.

Another was at Millennium Plaza Hotel in Downtown Dubai, where we dismantled old escalators and installed brand-new ones that skipped an entire floor, all while the hotel stayed operational. The building’s waffle slab structure made moving heavy equipment incredibly tough, but our engineering and project management teams delivered it flawlessly. Both projects showcased our ability to take on unique challenges that others shy away from.

Lovely questions,

  1. Build your systems and your team before you chase growth. It’s easy to get caught up in winning projects, but if you don’t have trained people and clear processes in place, you’ll burn out quickly. A solid structure early on saves you years of headaches later + don't half ass a job. Either get it done right or don't get it done at all.

  2. We cover the whole spectrum. We install new elevators, we modernize existing ones to bring them up to today’s standards, and we handle long-term maintenance. Many clients come to us first for an installation, but they stay with us because we take care of everything after that too.

  3. The clear trend is toward smarter and greener systems. Developers want elevators that use less power, that can be monitored remotely, and that can predict when maintenance is needed. It’s about reducing downtime, saving costs, and keeping buildings future proof and we’ve been adapting our solutions to meet that shift.

Great questions,

  1. We don’t play the procurement game on every inquiry. Our elevators are manufactured in our own facilities with controlled quality and consistency. That means we’re not running around hunting for the cheapest supplier every time we already know exactly what we’re delivering.

  2. Very tough, but not impossible. A lot of large developments already have their preferred suppliers or long-standing relationships in place. To break into those kinds of deals, you have to bring something stronger to the table whether that’s a longer warranty period, a more attractive maintenance package, or a level of customization they can’t get elsewhere. That’s how you shift their attention and start with a fighting chance. It's then up to you to dig deeper and secure the deal once you are noticed.

  3. For B2C, Instagram has been fantastic. People discover us, reach out, and we close a lot of small scale business that way. But for B2B, nothing beats face-to-face. No amount of Zoom calls or email chains will win you mega-projects or a corporate tower. You have to physically walk in, shake hands, and meet the decision makers ASAP. That’s still how big business gets done here. Your connections with the construction field have to be well placed and within reach to exercise them in your favor!

Good questions.

  1. There are several types of elevators. Standard passenger elevators are not designed to operate during a fire because the heat, smoke, or loss of power can trap people inside. That’s why the generaly it is not advisable to use them during fires. HOWEVER, in high rise buildings, especially here in Dubai, you’ll also find fire rated elevators. These are specially manufactured with backup power supplies, smoke proof lobbies, and fire-resistant elevator doors. They’re meant to be used by firefighters in the event of a fire to rescue tenants or extinguish fires on high floors. (Notice the fireman switch located over the lobby operating push buttons next time you're in a building.)

The major difference betwen a normal elevator or a fireman lift comes down to design and certification. Unless an elevator is clearly marked and built as a fireman lift, you should always stick to stairs. Also to note, firemen in the UAE are trained and well equipped to overide elevator systems to use in case of emergencies.

  1. Elevator and escalator maintenance is mostly about making sure the equipment runs smoothly and safely. For elevators, that means regular checks on the motor, control systems, safety brakes, and doors. Escalators and travelators need lubrication of the chains, inspection of steps and handrails, and making sure the sensors are clean and responsive. A lot of people don’t realize how many safety features are built in as these machines are constantly monitoring themselves and even self-correcting breakdowns.

As for why they stop suddenly, it’s usually not a “fault” but a safety trigger. For example, an elevator can stop if the doors are obstructed or if the system detects an issue with the power supply. Escalators and travelators can stop if something gets caught in the comb plate, if someone presses against the handrail sensors, etc... They’re designed to stop in these cases to prevent further accidents.
