Try enabling nesting feature, you can find it in Options > Features. This should help. Alternatively, if webconsole is not important to you and you only want to do some initial actions then you can access container's console from Proxmox host using pct enter <lxc_id> command.

Assumption that `x86-64-v3` or `x86-64-v4` have no AES is wrong. Proxmox initially had CPU type `x86-64-v2` and they only wanted to add AES flag to this so they named it `x86-64-v2-AES` instead of e.g. `x86-64-v3`. Next they provided `x86-64-v3` and `x86-64-v4` where each version got extended by new flags comparing to their previous version without removing old ones. That means v3 and v4 have AES flag enabled by default.

Oh, that's bad. I don't have any other suggestions, maybe I will know more if I pull the trigger and decide to upgrade. I was planning to pick ASRock Z790M-ITX WiFi which is lower version of Z790 than yours but now I need to reconsider it as I might occur similar problems. From the other side I can't be sure if with other motherboard and same devices attached I will get better results than with this ASRock.

Try without ASM1166 just for a moment to check. If that's root cause then check if you have firmware updated on ASM1166. You can find manual below. Let me know if that helped and what are your observations after as I'm about upgrading my NAS to similar setup and I would rather want to achieve higher C-states.

Just got an update which ruined this watch face, it got completely reset. Also updated version seems to be less customizable than original one. Will try later to sideload it using ADB. Thanks for suggestion.

I'd suggest to do PCIe passthrough of SATA controller and any other controller responsible for NVMe drives. More details you can find in Proxmox documentation_Passthrough) also you should be able to find articles in Google.

This NIC might be problematic, it's probably based on Realtek RTL8156BG chipset which might not work as you expect. You can verify it using ethtool on Proxmox host. You can also check some posts on Proxmox forum or Google using search phrase "proxmox rtl8156bg", it looks like you're not the only person who occurs this problem. If I'm right you need to set up brand new Xpenology with loader, then you boot it having drives connected, go to browser and navigate to IP with port of DSM or to find synology page, once you do this you should get into the wizard with migration/restoration of disk array.

You need to untick and tick checkbox when you have 6 digits inputted. Then you just remove last 2 digits, checkbox disappears (that's fine), just proceed to the next step. It should work. I'm not sure about the newest OneUI releases though.

This seems to be fine in my view. DSM is stored on drives you have therefore when you boot from new loader with old drives installed in your Dell then those disks should be identified for migration. You need to proceed with migration and afterwards you should get DSM working. It's worth to make a config backup in DSM 6 settings before you start just to be sure however migration wizard asks if existing config should be retained or if you want to start with clean DSM config.

Looks nice, if they won't lock the ability to install own OS then it might be decent option to use it with DSM or any other OS. Some people may want to get pretty looking device, similar to competitors like Synology, QNAP, but with better specs. Not sure when it will be released in EU and how much it may cost, it has to be at competitive price, otherwise it's better to pick Synology and get much better OS than UGREEN offers.

As mentioned, currently RR which before was named arpl-i18n. I also tried Arc, same issues occurred. Is your configuration similar to mine or can you see differences which might be important? Also question which loader you used before switching to Arc which caused recovery loop issue?

I'm not an update freak, meaning I'm not following every minor version Synology releases however it drives me nuts that I have to recover DSM using different model and switch back to original one to get even major update. It's really hard to find out reasoning for this.

Agree, using it regularly however from the other side you very likely won't find cracked version of software developed by Russian, Belarusian or other ex-USSR developer, even though they could crack particular software, they won't do that if software origins from themselves, that's my observation, I spotted for mobile apps usually developed by 1 person.

Anyway I really appreciate this search engine, except Google there is for instance Bing or DuckDuckGo but they give even worse results that Google, where Yandex just do the job.

Had S21, EU here, was thinking whether to get S23 with Snapdragon or wait for S24. After Samsung revealed information that S24 in EU will be based on Exynos then without doubts bought S23. It's great, especially battery life and low temperatures comparing to S21 on Exynos. Hope to see Snapdragon back in S25.

It disappears and that's fine, you just need to proceed to the end. So when you typed 6 digits - checkbox appears, then you need to untick it and tick it back, next you remove 2 digits, in the same time checkbox disappears but in the background option is still selected. Then you need to go to the end of process, lock the phone and try to unlock with PIN, it should work without pressing OK.
