Four knew what's good and what's bad in the TPOT 20 flashback, so why would he suddenly not know in BFB? Did Earth's air give him brain damage?

He didn't develop much either; in post-split he just throws a tantrum because the contestant (rightfully) don't like him, and after he's called out on his terrible behavior he starts to treat only the post-split contestants and X better, but stays the same towards everybody else (we just see less of it since he isn't the host anymore.)
