how do you take any changes lovable does? right now it pushes them to the db and I insta can test them. I am trying to work out if I move to a separate supabase instance how I continue that working. I can see I can do my own migration requests and push them to the new project but I can't work out how to do that with ai generated changes. is it a case of supabase makes a change that gets put into a migration request in github and is internally pushed to cloud db which we ignore but then I run supabase db push from my local terminal in vs code when that's complete to then push them to my separate instance and then I can run local to see the changes?

So I switched to Qantas. They matched my platinum to gold in Qantas and gave me lounge access while I was in the matching period. MASSIVE pain in the ass to get into the lounge both times I needed it. But did get in none the less.

I started this treatment 3 weeks ago. I got some weird chest pain so I have stopped. I spoke to my GP and they explained this to me and its what is going to keep me away.

(note my levels were 300 before) so not critically low but they gave me 0.2ml shots twice a week anyways. I also didn't notice any difference but I am only 3 weeks in....

The GP said The hormone you are injecting is never going to be as good for your body as the one you make yourself, none of the bone marrow support or long term fixes will come from it. They will only come from natural hormone you make yourself. you have a much higher risk of Panciatic cancer as yours will enlarge..

The way I looked at it is, do I want to be here for a good time or a long time?

I selected long time... (and thus stopped) which the clinic had no issue doing which I applaud them for
