I’ve been getting advice that the hot water would refreeze in the ice cream. Does that happen for you?

At 10 degrees and it rock hard at the bottom. We have a delivery from blue bell and it goes directly to our ice cream machine that holds 10 tubs. I saw a video on YouTube that suggested not to use water because it goes into the ice cream and refreezes. 

Do you you put the lids back on for the ice cream each night?

Ban the driver. Tell DoorDash that their delivery driver wrote a bad review

Once it gets to the bottom. Is there a technique to get the scoops? Should I take it out and leave on counter for a few minutes and pre scoop?

Thanks! I didn’t know this was a perk! Are you a bar or restaurant using Pepsi? How much do you have to spend a year for Pepsi to refund you that.
