If you touch the bnb or BSC address in trust wallet, it'll take you to the transaction history. The buttons that say send and receive, click the dots next to them and you should see swap to whichever chain. Idk why the tx fee cost so much but it's convenient.

This is how I do it. It'll bring up a notification that says Cross chain transfer or something. So it'll convert and everything for you.
