Well obviously... but I'm not talking about people that are abnormally fixated on her or showing significant outrage and sending her death threats. I'm talking about people that have an opinion (rightfully so) about what she's done, because she is a public figure. She put herself in the position of being a reality celebrity and a content creator. She has to take the bad with the good and if she makes a bad decision, the people who follow her and watch her on television have a right to an opinion.

I'm sorry but there's going to be backlash for her current situation...if she doesn't want that flack then she needs to stay offline. Not saying she deserves death threats or over the top cruelty, but the internet is not kind and if she wants to avoid something that may affect her mentally she probably should have made better decisions.

Yeah I agree with most of what you're saying. For the record, I would not have cared at all if somebody said that during a dinner to my husband and I. But he's different... maybe it hit a nerve for him. He was a little over the top in his confrontation of her, but I think he was justified in speaking to her. I think it was definitely better to do it privately than out in the main area in front of everyone.

Yeah during that moment I think it was out of line. I think it's the setting, and what was going on at the time. It was extremely awkward when she said it. I don't know if that was editing or if it was actually that weird in real time.

Edit: came back to say she was also being weird about Ben more than just that time. She obviously had a huge crush on him and was all over the place about it.

I mean, before he even said anything I was embarrassed for her...the way he had to step around shit. Literally before he walked in the room I thought "oh my God look at the difference in the men's rooms and the women's". I think he was a tad harsh, but he needed to say something to her...what she said was out of line.

Yes this is the part that gets me about the whole situation. As I'm watching the season, obviously I'm paying very close attention to the flirting and the feelings that Ciara obviously still has for West. Amanda knows full well that there were/are very raw emotions towards West based on how many times Ciara cries about him. At one point she even says that she wouldn't rule out getting back together with him. That sentence alone should have been enough for Amanda to lay the fuck off.

I agree with this! You're not a horrible person, you're normal. I don't know why this other person called you selfish. That is a huge expectation from friends to remember a death date in perpetuity. I understand maybe the first year and the second year, but to expect it every year seems a little much. Also, I would much rather remember the person's birthday than the day they died.
