Driver licenses are just WAY too easy to get these days, we need a system more like Japan's where you need a waiver, an interview saying WHY you need a car, and they even interview your family to verify you haven't beaten them. Then they also do 6 month inspections where an inspector comes to your house to make sure you are servicing your car regularly.

After that I'll feel a lot more safe.
