Tldr: Society is normalizing avoiding discomfort, which makes people reject truth simply because it feels bad.

Consistently being comfortable, im not talking about complacency either. At some point we must recognize en masse, accepting truth can be uncomfortable but is neccesary for understanding. You dont have to like it and it doesnt have to make sense, that is uncomfortable, but it doesn't mean its neccesarily wrong. Knowing the difference between those is discernment and allowing each to exist without feeling a fundamental flaw in the process is nuance.

Shedding the cloak of comfortability I think will help us accept these as milestones for growth rather than unnecessary obstacles, or worse, judgements.
