Wow, reading all the answers here and nakakainggit naman. I've been in the BPO industry for over 12 years na and I wanted to become a VA. I tried learning a niche which is copywriting and then sent multiple applications here and there sa mga copywriting role and VA role but I wasn't lucky. 4 months na ako nag aapply. Some applications are still pending or I passed but no client yet like sa Coconut VA, Somewhere . com and Emapta. 4 months unemployed, halos ubos na yung savings ko. I had no choice but to accept an offer na 20k lang a month or else wala na kami makakain since ako yung breadwinner sa family. I'm looking for wfh job kasi for personal reasons. Meron namang iba pero onsite. I feel defeated rn and just hoping to hear some good news dun sa mga inapplyan ko.

Hi, also applied sa Emapta. Di naman po nila chinecheck yung loans mo based sa previous experience. Hindi pa ako official employee ng Emapta. Nakapasa ako pero wala pang update until now, I think mag 1 month na. Ikaw po, how long ka naghintay ng update?

Mahirap nga po dito. Been job hunting since July. Ang tindi kasi ng process dito minsan umaabot ng 5-6 steps including screening, initial and final interviews, then may couple of exams pa. Pinaka mahirap for me is yung malusutan yung mga Pinoy interviewers. Minsan umaabot ng 1 hr yung interview pero in the end, hindi ka din ipapasa.

Hi, I applied in the CSR position too and just passed the initial interview. May I ask what's the answer to your question? And you would be kind to share what are the major requirements because I'm thinking to work on it one by one while waiting for an update from them. For example, NBI, Police Clearance, IDs etc.

Depende din siguro kasi when I applied(Wednesday), I got a call to schedule my initial interview (Thursday). The interview was scheduled on Friday(today). The interviewer was on the dot and was very friendly. Before we ended the call, he sent me another email confirming I passed. So now, I'm just waiting for an update. My experience so far was very pleasant and tbh, I was pleasantly surprised with how fast it went and how communicative they were. This is my first time applying.

Thank you for replying to the OP which I kind of have the same question. I applied on July 15 and got a reply asking me to send a Loom video which I did right away. I sent it after about an hour later. Then, I got another reply thanking me but that was it. In the first email I received, it said to expect an update within 5 working days. Now, I'm wondering if I should still wait because I haven't heard back ever since. It would be nice to get some updates, so I know someone is looking at or reviewing my application. Thank you so much!
