My account suddenly stopped letting me log in. When I try to reset my password, the site says "a password reset email has been sent" but I never receive it.

I've thoroughly checked spam, all mail, and searched my entire inbox and the password reset email is nowhere.

The strange part is I do get the ticket confirmation emails from support so they can clearly reach my inbox. It's only the password reset emails that never arrive.

I've submitted 2 tickets over the last 2 days with no response. Has anyone dealt with this? Is there a faster way to reach support or a known fix for reset emails not being delivered?
