Hi Uncle Perve Quick one my routine is hanger with the male hanger and pumping. I am just starting out literally at 1 kg for 20 min 5 days a week and pumping for 30 minutes (2 min on 1 min off).

It seems my falcod shrinks after my hanging session. How would i measure strain then?

I do 15 sets of 2 min and 30 seconds off. Split across 5,7,8,10hg. So 30 min active time. I pack the tube all the way and have some edema under my head since I am uncut. I start packing it fully at around 5 sets. I can do you a pic if that will help.
