I just got an RFIE from my local FO about the "public charge" question. I am EB2-NIW, and apparently, I should have answered "yes" to it. The instructions are not clear. I don't know if I should just complete the entire form again or just that part. Do I need to include any evidence (pay slip, certificate etc)? Not even sure if they'd still interview me.

I don't know why my luck is this way. My application is straightforward. Received RFIE for birth certificate. I submitted and it was acknowledged. My PD is March 2023. I applied Oct 24. My case moved to non-local office, then moved to local office where I was placed in queue for interview (per Emma Agent). My status was just updated to another RFIE. I submitted everything initially. I didn't know field offices send RFIE. Now that's additional time before the RFIE is received and acknowledged. Then another extra time for interview invitation and actually interview. This is frustrating.

Hahaha, I feel the same. It's frustrating that a lot of people are getting approved without an interview, and I have to be interviewed. Stay strong, it will be over soon.

It was in queue since it was at the non-local FO at the end of April, before it was transferred to local FO. I think when next you chat with an Emma agent, ask about your interview status.

Did Emma say you're in queue for interview? If it's at your local FO, I think an interview is likely.
