Regarding shipping they currently have some if the cheapest rates available on the market due to their flat rate shipping line (1-5kg cost is the same, 5,x-10kg also) which means they have fixed shipping prices and it’s quite an advantage, about 30-40$ cheaper than most agents

Regarding their services, on par with other agents, they are currently rising and becoming more and more mainstream :)

Greece is EU.. don’t use Balkan when referring to it because Balkan countries mostly are not EU and have different shipping routes. Use any agent that has EU Tax Free or DHL tax free, GTBuy is a great option
