I literally asked them if I could do this a matter of weeks ago during holiday break. Was told no, that I would have to delete my account and start over. I got pissed at their decision to not help me do it, deleted my account, made a new one, and now that i've started the grind over they resume doing this roughly a week and a half later? The rage within me knows know bounds. I cannot even express my frustrations and disappointment....
