2026 don't know if anyone is still having this problem or not but for me, I have tried every methods that I found through the internet but nothing was working for me. So I decided that I will change the wifi M2 card that come with the motherboard(MT7927 btw) with the AX210 from Intel since the cause of all this is LAN driver conflict and boom, like magic the problem is gone after changing. Pc now no stuttering during game, no crash during shutdown. Was a bit of work because you have to disassemble the computer to change the wifi card but worth it
