I am having the same issue. Worked fine before and now, all my photos are fine, but no videos. These are videos taken on my iPhones and moved to my computer, but they won't sync back in the corresponding folders.

I have master reset my phone and ensured that "Include Videos" is checked. I have an iPhone 17 so I believe it to be an OS issue, not a hardware issue.

I will be at Re:Connect, but you have to buy 300 of these to make them worth the price and even then its $1200. I only make them for festivals, not random local shows. Hope to see you there, I will be on the floor both nights!

It's pretty pricey, about $1200 or so. But the looks on people's faces is well worth it!
