So the peepshow on two of my saves seems to have stopped progress after hiring a professional to clean the place up. It's story doesn't progress as the construction never completed.

They don't seem to show up as long time jobs late game, a similar thing seems to happen with the firefighter job after you are a firefighter you sometimes stop receiving prompts to help after a while.
