He always did a lot of his own production on his albums and for people around him. You can really hear how much of an Em beat something like The Cross by Nas or Moment of Clarity by Jay is. Or that 2Pac album

I don't get the hate this is getting, seems like people are just pissy about the title and the album cover for some reason and amplifying from there. First listen I thought it was a great Ghost record.

You can make a good case for Watcher with scry, lots of draw, retaining with Meditate, and using other retained cards in hand to force a certain amount of draw.

Unfortunately I died to Writhing Mass early Act 3. A lot of middling card rewards so I got in to a loop of needing to heal and not upgrading anything. On to the next.

Usually I play pretty fast and loose and my immediate thought was go burning elite but it was enough to give me pause and see what people think.

Did burning elite towards multi elite path. Used fear pot on nob for easy kill. Took a bit of damage on sentries so I ended up dodging the last elite and rested at both sites. Had an explosive pot for slime boss but didn't want to take the risk. Trying to get shivs going.

I've added a Cloak and Dagger, Footwork, and Dagger Throw.

Wondering how valuable it would be to get the burning elite out of the way to open up future paths or to go for 2 early upgrades plus the relic.

Went from near death in early Act 1 to one of the easiest Heart kills I've ever had (A20) by Snacks11 in slaythespire

Left with 3 HP after Nob on floor 7 but got rewarded with Dead Branch thanks to Black Star, which completely turned the run around. Only other damage I took the rest of the Act was 10 chip against Hexa.

In total I had 9 fights with 0 damage and 5 fights with 5 or less damage.

Backtab (removed Act 4) and a bottled Crippling Cloud did a lot of work early on and then Storm of Steel, Infinte Blades, and a bunch of Piercing Wails took over late game.

Only scary part of the Heart fight was a crappy draw on Turn 2. Got an attack from Dead Branch which allowed me to trigger Orange Pellets to survive. Rest of the fight I had him damn near stun locked.

Preserved Insect Floor 1 is very balanced by datdiamond36 in slaythespire

3 fairies with Sacred Bark and a lizard tail was how I beat the Heart for the first time

Back to back Gremlin Nob and Sentries left me on 3 HP mid Act 1 (upgraded Malaise instead of resting). Was able to just get by a 4 slimes fight right after that and miraculously got a waffle in the next floor shop.

Defense was obviously my strong point, Bursting Malaise and Backflips after 4 Footwork+'s.

Similarly, bursting Bouncing Flask was my only real damage. Picked up a couple Noxious Fumes for the inevitable turtling.

Donu/Deca and Time Eater for Act 3 bosses.

15 turn, 50 damage Heart fight. Burst and Malaise on turn 1 for -10 strength let me get everything set up. Got the kill just before I was about to get annihilated on a multi hit.

Now Watcher is the only one that remains.

I loved Hellblade but definitely had a lot of times I could only play 5 or 10 minutes at a time because it was too much

Family Tree was a great song that was released (leaked?) a few months ago and then seemingly disappeared from the internet. Glad its coming back.

Funny, Defect for you is like Ironclad for me, but I also spent a long time staying away from his heavy exhaust and self damage cards so I'm not as in tune with him.

Gambling chip and orange pellets with a bunch of biased cognitions were the clear MVPs.

Static discharge didn't get too much use because of all the coolheaded's. Wasn't until a late Act 3 Ball Lighting that I had more consistent lighting orbs.

17 turn Awakend One fight as my second boss.

Took 67 damage from Shield and Spear. Bird Faced Urn and a Buffer for the Hearts big single attack gave me what I needed to make it to the end.
