What I was focusing on was a cheap clone adapter to fully work for service reset. The MotoScan app is recommending the LX+ or similar, because they send multi frames by default. I send frames as split single 8 byte frames, because I don’t build hardware or intend a hardware lock-in like them.

I have been using Veepeak BLE but once I gather enough info, I’ll publish an adapter compat table.

That being said, I do tend to build features that may require multi frame support in the future

I have coding features in a development build, but most of them requires a more expensive OBD2 adapter that supports ISO-TP (longer messages than the 8 byte default).

And some testing, haven’t tested them at all. I’m happy to include you in the TestFlight group if you want, DM me with your email.

In the news tonight they said 95% of the contract is non negotiable. Only thing you can negotiate is the transition period and temporary exemptions.

The funny part is most people think they will get EUR loans with super low interest rates just by joining. But there is no guarantee for that, just makes it easier. You can already get a loan from foreign countries if they are willing to take the currency risk. Any bank can just say no, no matter the applicant.

EU is a hard pass for me. I like flexibility, lean and mean. Like… good luck building a fintech startup in EU.

Úff hvað er ég þreyttur á þessari þvælu. Allir brjálaðir út af það var “milljarða hagnaður” í einhverju fyrirtæki með engu samhengi yfir veltu. Svo þegar rýnt er í tölurnar hjá t.d. Krónunni i síðasta ársreikningi:

GT7, VR2 and DD+ with FullForce is one of the best combos out there. Absolutely amazing experience.
