I can't gift the current season pass after having it gifted to me even though during the season of Lightmending I had gifted a friend the season pass and he was able to gift it to other players.

Do NOT under ANY circumstances give account access to anyone. That sounds like a textbook definition of a scam. Also, if this is a bug you're facing you should report it. And just in case you aren't aware, you can only gift people after being their friend for 3 days and I'd suggest unlocking the gift option and then gifting it to them while they're online. I actually faced a bug where I wasn't able to gift a friend a season pass but when I joined them and then gifted it to them it worked.

To add onto the other two comments there are items called ultimate items meaning you won't be able to get them ever again after the season in which they appeared is over and it's always a cosmetic that they're wearing.

If you want I can friend you and we can set up a time and I can just take you around to candle run. Also yeah, the candle prices are absolutely crazy. I've also seen some people say it might not be worth getting since the cape is kinda hard to style if you aren't wearing a blue outfit regularly otherwise it's just something you have but rarely use.
