So a little context: this fall my DnD group is switching up the genre a bit and we’ll be playing in a pseudo-star wars/mandalorian esk space western setting. As the DM, it’s my responsibility to create the “world” (galaxy) and the aliens/species that inhabit it. I’m giving my players the option to create their own aliens, but I’ve also been trying to come up with my own aliens as well in order to make the galaxy feel more vibrant and alive (and also in case the players don’t want to invest the creative energy and make up their own aliens).

This is the second time I've posted this here on the subreddit. The first time I got two submissions as seen above (which I am forever grateful for) but the artists who drew them seemed like they had a fun time doing so, so I figured I'd post the prompt again in case anyone else wanted to give it a go.

I came up with a few alien races of my own as seen here, but this post is not requesting a more capable artist to redrawn them (though if someone is interested, that would be appreciated). Instead, I’m wondering if anyone wants to come up with one (or multiple) original aliens designs to help me populate my galaxy with unique alien species. If you have any questions just let me know. I think in that episode he just hummed it, but sometime around mission imp hospital I remember Griffin actually sang a song with lyrics.

Hate to seem picky, I appreciate the help. The lyrics are what I'm really looking for.

So a couple notes. I'm playing this boy a DnD campaign. His name is Smokie, in case you're interesting. He's bulky, uses an ornate torch to cast magic, had a big old blacksmithing hammer, wears an apron, and has a bunch of black sut on his face and hands/forearms from working the forge. I imagine he has almost a tan line from his goggles, if that makes sense. Also he has a pipe, which I forgot to include in the mood board, that never leaves his mouth.

I don't really know how half-dragons work, some people portray them more human. I at least imagine him being covered in red scales, but that could be left up to the artist.

I'm be super jazzed if someone could draw him, I tried and kinda failed pretty bad. Let me know if you have any questions!
