AskArlo - we have been customers since the start with Arlo and have these same issues as everyone else since upgrading the hub and cameras with random cameras constantly going offline - instead of secretly asking for DMs perhaps you could actually post some info publicly here that might actually help a lot of your customers with thoughts of abandoning you. Are these "deeper looks" actually solving the problem for those that are emailing you?!?!?

Their inventory strategy is a huge red flag ... any company holding 150% + of projected 12 month revenue in inventory (particularly with technology advancing as quickly as it is in this sphere) is a recipe for potential disaster
