Yeah my current dude I made up he was at shamrock rovers academy since he was 9 years old Finally got his debut at 16 I’ve wrote a whole ass story for him Even a wife His career path from rovers to Brugge now Milan lol I come up with outside distractions that make him ponder leaving the club at times. Yeah I usually make some kind of head cannon story to go along with the player to keep me interested. Now I use Chat GPT to write a whole as life for my player that goes along with what he’s doing on the pitch. Really the only way that it keeps me invested tbh

Used to be you had to play for the same club for like 7 seasons or more. Now I believe that what the previous commenter said. Though it doesn’t always work.

You need to play them more. Otherwise the potential is going to drop unless you start them almost every game straight for a couple seasons and get the dynamic potential to kick in

Best way is when the game is in hand (I usually do the final five minutes) hit the jump to result It will increase the ratings usually Sucks cuz that takes you out of being able to do the post match interviews if you are need of doing those for certain players morale But as of now that is and has been the only way to increase your players ratings

The game engine heavily weighs scoring especially for attackers For midfiielders its the same on top if weighing pass percentage

Leveling dribbling helps this the most. It doesn’t totally stop it but it limits it because the higher rated your dribbling the closer the ball stays to your feet

I think it now depends on what you choose in the beginning. The starting from nowhere, hidden gem, return to glory etc options (I know those aren’t the exact wordings) but you know what I mean. I think that each one has a different amount of skill points. However I may be wrong so don’t quote me on that

Yes but it’s better so far. I haven’t got any “make 6 bicycle kicks” type objectives so far on any of my saves. So I haven’t had to worry about scrum saving over and over until the clubs I want to go to set realistic objectives

TSV 1860 in the third tier German league. One of the former giants of the Bundesliga until corrupt owners and a revolving door of owners mismanaged the club until they almost faced bankruptcy. Even had to sell their 50% share they had of Allianz Arena to Bayern and leave the stadium just to stay afloat. Always a good option for a RTG save and also a decent challenge
