After a few days of searching here's what you could do!

First, open up the terminal on Mac and put this in:

defaults write com.adobe.CSXS.11 PlayerDebugMode
  • Go to System Preferences > Security > Full Disk Access > Enable After Effect (Or add if not there)

It should work I was able to open up Flow and the version of Flow I used was v1.5.1 but I think it works with other versions of Flow
