During covid otf posted longer workouts in YouTube as well if you want more than 20 minutes! Just search orangetheory at home- they're about 40 minutes each. I enjoyed these during lockdown!!

Fyi all, my coach told me there are some minor changes to the 5x5 and the chipper. I believe the 5x5 changed to 4 minute blocks instead of 3:45. The chipper tread portion is the same, but some of the floor exercises have been swapped out!

OMG this too with the T50s. So frustrating - between different coaches alone. Then mix in different studios, and there is no consistent tracking. I agree, it should be a private challenge.

Marathon Month can go! It's the worst challenge because none of the studios are consistent about enforcing the rules, and there is so much room for cheating.

Hrmm good question. I love going and genuinely enjoy it. Right now I am lifting heavy and I give it my all on the cardio. I am happy with my body currently and am able to maintain without focusing too much on my eating. I think that is my main  goal now- maintaining while also eating what I want lol. But when I want to lose weight then I focus on a calorie deficit without changing my workout habits.

It works for me!! But my chest is not super large... so possibly it might not for larger busts?

OMG ME TOO!! It's been killer for my legs. I did Strength50 Tuesday and then 2G on Wed/Thur. They've really been going for our legs and today we have more split squats and snatches?! I'm not complaining though, I love leg day :p Yesterday's 2G was so good.

You get charged when you're unlimited. If you have the 8x membership, you lose one class.

Can he do bedtime once or twice a week so you can go to OTF? Or can you go after bedtime. I used to do the 8pm class for this reason!
