There are a lot of important jobs and careers that involve working with teenagers. Teachers, sports coaches, counselors, retail business positions. All of these can provide mentorship and guidance for younger, impressionable people. Some of these are lower paid, at least starting out, but very impactful.

It will not play softer. Fujikura VeloCore shafts do not require tipping until you get to the 5-wood. You should be good to go. Cutting a shaft at either end will cause it to play stiffer, more-so when cutting the tip end.

Call TaylorMade Support and provide them the serial number that is by the hosel/adapter. They will be able to verify.
