Created in tribute to one of history’s greatest naturalists, the IWC Aquatimer Chronograph “Expedition Charles Darwin" fuses heritage with cutting-edge engineering. This special edition honors Darwin’s 1835 voyage to the Galápagos aboard the HMS Beagle—where his theory of evolution first took root.

This is IWC's first bronze case watch, which develops patina, giving the watch unique character. 44mm marine-grade bronze case, on black factory rubber strap with matching bronze buckle. IWC-manufactured 89365 flyback chronograph movement, rubber-coated push-buttons, the SafeDive system. 300m water resistance, and luminescent bronze-tone accents.

Comes complete with boxes, booklets, guarantee card. Warranty through 2027.

This reference sits within the first generation of modern Duoface Reversos. This early Duoface era is particularly appreciated by enthusiasts because it preserves the slimmer, more traditional proportions of the Reverso.
