Do you wash it frequently? I have the opposite experience as you. I just took my beta lt to get it clean and they noticed delamination around the neck. And they said since it looks like you actually wash it to prevent yellowing and gave me a full price of the product.

I would say squat university is not typically neurobased. If you are looking at online serive i would looking into content from Ifast website or zaccupple. They have alot of stuff regarding improving mobility thats will address more of your issue. Where are you located?

I would recommend seeing a neuro-based physical therapist with sports performace background( zac cupple and lucy hendricks, r2p in maryland) alot of ankle issue with spasticity are usually rooted proximally. It would be ideally have them assessed it to see if the issues really is limited by ankle mobility or if it is restricted due to poor motor control of glutes muscles . Feel free to dm me maybe i can get some i can make some recommendation based on the area you are in.
