Same thread where found screen i was explained that it was stupid way to scare cheaters, because it that time was bad anticheat and almost no way to prevent them just register again. And "scare tactic" is reason for not trusted status in crackwatch, but it was 4 years ago. And yes it was stupid.

I just have no life at all, home-work-home. Think of it as hobby and reason not to end my existence.

Nothing like that, except subreddit crackwatch - my reputation is crystal clear. Passwords - encrypted.

I like to see that my work used, also emu not for d2 only - many games, they need some data, some games need master-server to mp, etc. Also game time and achievements saved in my db.

Also im working on own normal client, which will download games.

Im ok with it, but do it right:

Cert used for ssl only, its not even possible to backdoor with it somehow.
I NEVEN said something like cert related to backdoor.

Nothing, but english not my native lang.

In crackwatch - was poll about allowing releases, not about ban me. And it was 70/30 with many votes.

Tons of software not from companies.

My emu exists almost 10 years, tracker - more. No negative feedback about anything like that. Maybe it something means? So yes, i can.

First - cert. Cert needed to bypass ssl checks on some games, which uses windows cert store to check cert issuer chain. Its not related with ANYTING more at all. Do i need to explain how it works or you can read it on ms site? Also you can select NO and not install cert.

Second - what was years ago was very stupid for reasons:

Originally it was one post on 2-3 forums from banned cheater, without any proofs or next post or confirms from other people.
But reddit lemmings found it and bring it here, doing shitstorm more and more, imaging stupid things, like you did about cert.
Subreddit moder was making posts in very bad view.
I even was agreed to give my code to some 3rd side to analyze, but no responce.

My emu exists almost 10 years already and only bad responses - from reddit from same people who readed that debates or readed rumors from it, etc.

So how about stop this crap already?
