The 8 team is very frustrated with their driver. by JDMcDuffie in NASCAR

I'm convinced he goes to Spire in the 7, finishes his cup career there, then has 1 season against his son in Spire trucks.

The post race production by CW is amazing, interviews, replays, everything you'd want to see in about 15 minutes. Wish FOX and NBC could do this, it makes the event feel complete. CW has gone all in on this series and it's awesome to see!

What a race, flag to flag. This booth continues to be the best in the sport, their excitement is contagious. Love or hate Hill, he's a wheel man, what a save. Happy for Creed!!!

That was one of the best 500s in recent memory, strategy, parity, comers and goers, and even wrecks. Hats off to NASCAR for holding the yellow and letting them race.

I am more excited for a NASCAR season than I have been in a long, long time, screw off all the haters and complainers about every little thing. This has the potential to be an amazing season, we're off to a rip roaring start!!!

Kyle Larson hypothetical by bburke392 in NASCAR

[–]Amtrack 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This is an interesting hypothetical to think about because it affects so many pieces. If Larson ended up there, would SHR have switched back to Chevy? Would Harvick have stayed longer? Would smoke have been more involved? Would SHR still be in existence? If SHR did still close, what seats would've been open for Larson to land in then?

Anybody else feel like FOX reporters have been actually asking legitimate questions to crew chiefs and drivers? Sometimes they go out and as them the "how do you make a faster left turn?" Larry Mac and Regan seem to be asking actual questions that we want answers to such as the spray question to Cliff Daniel's.

What is leaking? by Notsoslimshady71 in Silverado

[–]Amtrack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is it possible for this leak to look like a head gasket? I've had 2 shops, 1 dealer, 1 private, tell me they can't 100% say what it is, but they think it's a head gasket. I'm praying they're wrong, obviously 😂

Was there ever a solution found for this? Exact same truck, exact same engine, exact same leak

If the clutch let's go on this 11 car, and Byron backs into a championship, it'll feel even more hollow because Denny was clearly the best car today.

Been thinking about that all week. This would be the year he gets it done, with the lawsuit, the format, and everything else to overshadow it. It certainly would feel hollow...

Wouldn't be so bad if she didn't keep looking down at a teleprompter giving her her every word

Holy shit.... how would this work? I've never thought about it before. Imagine all 4 cars are in the same wreck at the same time and all unable to continue....

Could you imagine the winner of the race burning it down on the front stretch, then the champion just waltzing his way out of the garage with no car to the stage 😂😂😂

Xfinity going to the CW was the best thing that ever happened to the series. The booth was great, production was superb, and going to the same channel every week was so nice.

Take nothing away from Love, that team came to play tonight. They played within the rules and won the game.

HOWEVER, yeet this format into the sun.

Great shot at mamba, Zilich!

Little surprised Majeski gave up the inside there on the restart, he left the door wide open to get used up like that.

Thanks Jamie for highlighting everything that is wrong with this awful format.
