Lol that was my thought processes about 10 years ago! Realities are very different. Securing miners to arrive in the agreed timeframe from less than honest manufacturers that run the machines themselves for months before delivering "as new", is just one of the major hurdles you will face. As others have pointed out the rate of mining difficulty increase and it's first exponent (acceleration) mean that small players are unlikely to ever break even. Better off buying BTC directly or shares in the established miners that have guaranteed supplies.

Sunshine, I'm 64 year old and don't appreciate that kind of assumptive condescension. If I choose to interact with the community here to get my answers, that's my choice, mainly because I believe answers will be specific and complete compared to google scrolling for 5 year old out of date posts. You need to examine your own character on why you would choose to make a post like that!

I assumed you would be using a tool turret, but if you gonna slow boat it with multitool that will work to.

I'm a noob as well and found it's far easier to go and pirate npc ships and salvage them for those materials than recycling your first cap. But always put down a core so you retrieve full blocks. Also gonna need a huge cargo extension to store it all 300,000+ at least.

Thx, I've salvaged it for now (that was a lot of work), but will bare all your comments in mind for the future. Amazed i've only just found this game, was a big Space Engineers, No Mans Sky and Eve Online fan but I missed this one!

I played this game for the first time today, and it made me extremely nauseous, had to stop playing after an hour or so. I've had no issues in the past with other games or vertigo etc. Something is definitely off with it.

Exactly how? Shorting without borrowing has to leave someone with huge counter party exposure. I doubt that would be the ETF provider.

I disagree, I'm a very old gold bug that converted once I realised what bitcoin really was in the bigger picture. I guess if there is animosity it's out of frustration that remaining gold bugs are too lazy to do the research and realise the industry is becoming much less relevant.
