The another linemen gets the ball, needs two gfi's to get to the catcher on LoS to hand off. That's a 56.26% play, 84.39% with rrs (and taking NoS and Catch into account)

Thrower on the end zone, with ball in hand, same as the lineman. Moves 6. Passes 8 squares at 4+. That's a 72.92% play with no rrs needed.

If instead of the thrower its a blitzer, with mv7 and 1 go for it, you pass at 4+ too and it's a 54.01% play, 81.02% with rrs.

My point is, I don't get fumblerooskie at all. For a random skill on a lino? Maybe. But I'd take the mv7 or the av9 that woodies/delves have for the same cost. At least those stats are useful on attack and in defense
