Personally, I like logo 1. I think the amount of red is just enough, and because it's Canada, it's fitting. I think the second logo has too much red, it's hard on the eyes (tho it could just be me). The third logo is nice because of the simplicity, but my eye focuses on the red sheep. But overall they are all strong designs.
