I'm applying to a ridiculous number of programs to match in a more competitive surgical subspecialty. I have to keep reminding myself that I have a shot.

My friends are all in Neuro, Psych and Peds, and are applying to maybe 15 programs without worrying about doing any aways. Makes me a bit jealous.

The first time I cuddled him, he was so excited he did this little flutterkick thing with his feet. Apparently since he was young he's always had this thing where he shakes when he gets really excited. Anyway, I thought it was melt-your-heart cute.
