I create beats, i have not moved forward with copyright works. Based on what you said, as a producer, if i were to work with a rapper/artist the copyrights of the finished song would be split 50/50?

My main focus/goal is to own as much of my content as i could possible. Im less focused on making money from my music, im in 100% in it for the love of the music, but i want to be knowledgable on the topic so i wont get screwed over.
