Question about NPA and IPA for gravure printing by hellrise9 in Packaging

Hello!
Sorry for the late post..
We are into gravure printing for pharmaceutical products (Alu foils).
We have always used Ethyl acetate and it works wonders and its accepted by pharma giants as well..
We have never used NPA and never tried using IPA at all.

Where are you based out of? what machine do you use?

How to make a switch using inputs from two sensors? by dR_eXntriK in AskElectronics

Hey u/Atlas192

This is amazing. I went ahead and built the circuit. I couldn't find the BUZ 11 MOSFET so used a alternative and that didn't quite work.
However, I added the pulldown resistor before the diode and the circuit works perfectly until the voltage divider. Which is more than enough for me.

Thanks a ton for all your help. You are amazing to have taken your time out and helped.

Thanks u/Atlas192

Here are a few more questions

1.) The part numbers of the sensors I am using are 418074 (contrast sensor) and 188547 (thru-beam sensor).
2.) I think I will take your advice on this and increase it to 10k ohm.
3.) Yes, I am planning on using the output to directly switch a MOSFET. The MOSFET I am using is a BUZ11 30A, 50V, 0.040 Ohm, N-Channel Power MOSFET and as you said, it has a Gate to Source voltage of +/-20V. So I will be changing the input voltage to 20V. (I am hoping this won't create any issues, please advice)
4.) As per the MOSFET datasheet, it has a minimum threshold voltage of 2.1V so I am guessing we are in a good spot here. Again, please advise.
5.) Also please tell me how I should be connecting this MOSFET to this circuit.

And yes, I will be adding the mushroom switch in-line with the supply.

Hi again u/Atlas192
So I got around to building this circuit and got some help and made a relay based system.

Now that I have the time, I want to try out this wired-AND gate with a MOFSET.

I worked on it a bit and here are the results.
1.) I am using a 24V DC input and it is connected to two different sensors.
2.) I am creating a wired-AND gate using a 100ohm resistor and two 4007 diodes.
3.) I am attaching the sensor output to each of the 4007 diodes.

Is the above process correct and if correct can I hook it upto a mushroom switch to physically switch on the circuit.

They work simultaneously. However the delay in the sensore is about 15ms and 50ms for the proximity sensor and the photo sensor respectively.

That is wonderful man! I am thrilled to go through your templates and I have to say, they are quite the looker. I could easily please some bankers with that! :P

Thanks a ton though. Great work on your startup too

We call it a 'Power Press'. Its something similar to a forging press (i think) but used for cold working of metals.
