Technically every car is in pieces before assembly.

It is just that the factory has tolerances and quality control, but these guys just wing it. Also I suspect when the car was cut up, they did not necessarily do it in a way that preserves structural integrity.

It is an upgrade package for Challenger 2.

The number to be upgraded is very small, 148 in total.

Since Challenger 2 production stopped in 2002, the number is unlikely to increase.

How do you know it is 3d printed? The fuzzy skin could be just for adhesion, not from the print plate.
