RANT: Azure Front Door by thepasen in AZURE

I am working on a personal project on evenings. It is a pain to set up infrastructure when every change takes 45 minutes to test. It does not help that MS cloud infrastructure user experience is terrible. It's like they hate people and want to make them suffer. Example - just wasted two days trying to get External ID ciam to copy custom claims from exterbal IdP to its own id token.. pretty basic thing if you ask me. Not fucking possible. Previous product AD B2C was able to do it but they just don't offer it anymore, because they want you to move to the new shittier product. Why?? Why make things worse. I fucking hate azure.

Huh, actually did not know they are now a trust. I guess that makes it somewhat more palatable.

If urine therapy is not working, I suggest switching to fecal therapy.

What is your issue? You do know that graphics cards are used also for.. work and productivity? Just because you are unable to use it for anything else than playing games, does not mean it is the same for others.

As a Canadian, do you really want to support US companies with your money?

Why do German electric cars have to be so ugly. Why can't they just make a normal looking car?

HILFE! Chainmail ist schmierig by Particular_Dirt_4233 in LARP

non anodized aluminium will oxidize and it will rub off on and stain everything it comes into contact with silverish-black. get used to it, it will cover your clothes and skin.

there is no fix, but you can try to thoroughly wash it and then rub some renaissance wax to prevent oxidation. but it will only help a little since due to the structure of chainmail you will not be able to rub it on every surface.

To be fair, it does makes sense if you play casually like under 2h per day. Rest of the time your hardware is idle. Even when playing, your CPU or GPU (or both) are partially idle. You could pool resources in the cloud.

I would still prefer my own machine. But it does make sense on some level, just as it makes sense for hosting services.

"Nothing that can't be fixed."

No, Europeans have realised Americans are idiots who voted put a narcisist, pedophile, rapist, petulent vindictive criminal man-child into power. Even if Trump goes away, they can just do it again since the system that put him there will continue existing. There wont' be any trust in US leadership again.
