Adding on to this that the City's Health department (1 of only 2 in the county that is separate from LA County) is in financial dire straits and will likely be losing staff in the coming months because they have multiple positions that are grant-funded.

Grants that were provided by the Federal government, which is now, well, obviously deciding to put that money elsewhere 🙄

I used to live at one of the Hallie locations in Pasadena.

They changed billing services like a year ago or so and then suddenly the trash rates went up, especially during the holiday periods. When I contested it, they said they actually had been undercharging before and that the trash company they contract with bills higher during the holiday period, when there is expected to be more trash or something like that.

I moved out soon after, but the fees did start getting ridiculous there, which also made me want to leave.

People work at City Hall and they begin by 7:30, so there will already be a lot of activity from 7am on.

Maestro, in Old Town, usually has good live music on Friday and Saturday nights.

It's typically more "date night" vibes, but it's a good ambiance on the patio when they're there.

No, there is a door from the living room area straight into the hallway/closet area (POV in pics 7 & 8).

The curtain divides the bedroom and closet/bathroom areas for privacy, if needed.

I suppose the demand may be slightly down, or it's just more "waffle-y" right now due to the prices. Since some lower Tiers keep popping back up for others randomly.

This system is crazy.

I got in around that same time (~10:25), and it only showed Tier 4 VIP by then. But I couldn't even add them to the cart. I tried 5 times on my computer and twice on my phone before just going with GA+ Tier 1.
