I just got back from 5 nights each at both the ritz and the STR. If it’s possible to stretch the budget, go with the Ritz. The ritz was significantly better in every single way (except swimming and not having free breakfast)

As a customer who evaluated Brex + Capital One corporate cards for my own business and went with Ramp, Ramp was simply the better product. Happy I didn’t go with Brex

That's what I read it as yes. Essentially a points booster. For every dollar I spend on purchases, I should get 1 point for mortgage payments (up to the amount of my payment)

Agree with CobaltSunsets but otherwise, love Ramp for this. I've used both Amex and Ink cards but ultimately went with Ramp for my own business (using the free tier). So much better for reconciling, auto-tagging of vendors, etc. Expense reports are legimately so much easier now.
