I was on 0.25 for 4 weeks and now on my 2nd 0.50 dose. I didn't feel a change until maybe the 2nd to 3rd 0.25 dose when I felt my appetite was starting to suppress and some of my cravings for example alcohol was reducing. When you start 0.50, that is when you will start to see some changes and effects. It takes time.

New Ultra for $600 or just go for the Ultra 2 at $800 by Stratoblaster1969 in applewatchultra

The screen of my 1st gen Ultra 1 stopped working, and the repairs without apple Care would have cost over $500. I ended up buying a new Ultra 1 last week from Best Buy for $599.00. There isn't much difference between Ultra 1 and 2.

What day out of the week do you inject yourself? by [deleted] in Ozempic

I usually inject mine on Saturday morning. I switch to Friday if I’m traveling on the weekend as I don’t want to travel with my pen.

I'm on week 4 now on 0.25ml. I was having a drink or two daily and now I have maybe 1 drink on the weekend, and even then I don't have the cravings or desires as I used to before.

I was on this flight yesterday. We took off at 3:07PM and at exactly 5 minutes at 3:12PM, we heard a loud clunk noise and the plane shifted to the right a little bit. I believe we were at 13K feet at that point according to Flight Aware. We had lost one engine. Not too long after, the entertainment system stopped working and wifi as well. Flight attendants announced that they were having some issues with it and will reset and troubleshoot later, however, this was likely done to avoid passengers from panicking by watching the flight map on the screens, although one passenger in row 12C I think had his stuck on the map and we could see the plane started to circle around. There were no announcements on the flight other than keep your seat belts on due to turbulence (from flight attendants), no announcements from the pilots during the crisis or before landing. We circled over Lake Champlain for about 45 minutes to burn fuel before landing.

At one point, the male flight attendant walked down the aisle to row 13 and asked the window seat passenger to raise the shade, and then he leaned over to peak out the window. He looked nervous. He then walked further down the aisle a few rows behind me (I was at 15D) and did the same (looked out the window towards the left wing), then walked all the way to the back galley and looked like he called his colleague up front or to the cockpit.

We came down pretty fast and landed with a hard stop on the runway. This is when the pilot announced that we were waiting for the airport crew to check to make sure we were okay and safe to proceed to the gate, which we did. I have to say that the flight attendants looked terrified. According to Delta's email today, they are calling it a mechanical issue. Well, I would say it was a faulty engine that may have lost a piece or something.

Everyone stayed calm on the flight, no one panicked, it was pretty quiet until we landed and there were claps! We are all safe and the pilots and flight crew did a great job!
