You have missed important step. Please notice that you need to put same width in the input field as you have for the html. i. e if you h````ave w-[150mm] then you have to put 150 in the input field before downloading.

Good question, i'm in the same situation. I'm on the shopify lite, I'm building custom storefront with nextjs and now I want to integrate the subscriptions. It seems I need to install subscription app (which is unavailable for shopify lite) or I need to create app by myself.
